This place is certainly one of our best spots to take the family! The safari tours are so much fun with The young Red head, I believe her name was Reanna. She was very educational, made us laugh, and made our youngest son feel safe by riding upfront with her. She even showed him the basics to driving the vehicle. That made my 4 year old sons heart melt! The buffet is also so great! Southern food, reminds me of my grandmother’s cooking. We will be back!

Such a fun, budget and family friendly place! We will definitely be back many times! Only $13 a person for the safari drive through (that you can drive through as many times as you want that day) free petting zoo with the option to buy carrots to feed the animals. First time, first impressions: while pulling up to McClain I thought I was in the wrong place. I was expecting a kind of a hole in the wall buffet. What I rolled up on was a beautiful lodge with a white picket enclosure of some interesting looking animals. Customer service was fantastic! My party did not have to wait long at all for a table despite how busy they were. The two girls behind the counter of the bakery today we're so helpful, and one of them makes a mean latte!

LOVED this place. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We had so much fun feeding the animals on the trail and in the petting zoo. My son didn’t want to leave. We definitely will be back. Highly recommend. Fantastic staff.

One of the best dinners I have had in a long time. Food was incredible and the service exceptional. We asked for Nathan, the executive chef, to come out to the table so we could let him know personally. He was very friendly, appreciative, and engaging.
