I just started using River City, I am impressed with the customer service, quality, explanation of issues, and explanation of plans to fix what was wrong. Nothing was with held from me in discovery of issues, problems I may have in the future, course of actions I may need to look at later on, and the course of actions taken or may need to take to fix any and all said issues. The attitude and character of river city is like having your own family who are professional HVAC technicians working or your system. The prices are reasonable and completely fair. They love US Veterans, and take care of them. The level of honesty, and attention to deal was second to none. I highly recommend them to anyone, and will use them for all me HVAC needs. So if you are looking for someone to service your HVAC needs, or for any other services they may offer, you need to look no further, you found them!

Used River City twice and was pleased both times. They were quick to respond and fix my AC issues at a reasonable price.

Apparently this guy makes his money on service call fees and not actually fixing anything. Had to get someone else to do what he said he did and didn’t.nWould not recommend
