We needed a pro to replace our water pressure regulator. Called on Thur, made the appointment for Monday. Shawn arrived promptly at the appointed time, he had called about 10 minutes prior to arrival to let us know he was on the way. He was courteous, professional, polite and did a great job for us. We thought it might take most of the day, but it only took 3 ish hours. And it did not cost us an arm and a leg. We highly recommend Trio plumbing.

I definitely not recommend this company to anyone. I had them installed a new water heater at my rental house in summer of 2020. We agreed a price for install a new one . But this company increased the price without letting me know. The reason for extra money was because they needed to carry water heater to basement(what a heck). My rental house’s basement is unfinished!! Afterwards I checked with one of my friends who used them before. He said they did the same thing to him. So BE CAUTIOUS !!!!nThey were supposed to get a permit and set up a appointment for me after 10 business days of installation. I called. they told me because of covid, inspector wouldn’t come out. But I had new deck finished in September. Inspector came to inspect right away. In March of 2021 I found out I still haven’t gotten the permit for my rental. I called them again to find out what was going on. Guess what? They even asked me to call city to set up appointment ??? I never seen a company like them. So irresponsible and bad service!!! I have to let everyone knows about this. So ppl will be aware of their habit before you choose them. This type of company shouldn’t still be running business

We had Trio Plumbing come and set our kitchen back up after installing new cabinets and countertops. The kitchen has been a nightmare for months and Trio Plumbing was able to help us in a flash! The plumber, Will was fantastic! Will was friendly and on time, quick and efficient. Will got everything installed and hooked up with no issues! Will then had us test everything to make sure it was all to our standards! I highly recommend! We are very happy!

They were absolutely wonderful in replacing an ancient water softener in our new house. Tech was very responsive and friendly, explaining everything he was doing and why, and really going the extra mile to make sure we knew what we were getting and how to operate and maintain the system. Excellent customer service!!! Tech was very professional, friendly and punctual. He provided a couple of options on how to solve the problems and got everything done in a thorough and timely manner. He is the best plumber I've worked with! I highly recommend Trio Plumbing Co!
