Waterway Carwash

Incredibly short staffed with poor and slow service. My car sat for 15 minutes before it was touched after washing. After another 20 minutes, my car was returned to me full of water spots and not clean to a satisfactory level. Extremely disappointed, will not be utilizing Waterway again.

Over the years, Waterway has raised their prices and it's no longer a good value. It also takes to long to get your car cleaned it's always the better part of 30 minutes

40 minutes for a “Whole thing” wash is outrages.nThey say its 1 person per car now for social distancing purposes but the other few were hanging out within a couple of feet of each other waiting for other cars to pull in.

Always the best customer service! Would give 10 stars if possible! Love Waterway!
