Since I work close by here I decided to check it out. I needed a haircut and wanted to do a color. I come in and meet Megan, who did a great job. Everything went great and I felt I’d finally found someone in the STL area to use ( I moved here 6 years ago) so the end of July after all the covid stuff and they reopened I went back in for a trim and touch up. Well I had colored my hair black before and this time I wanted to do black with blue in it. So I was charged for a hair cut and all over color. I wasn’t going to trip on it except there wasn’t a hint of blue anywhere. Since we were friends on Facebook I reached out to her to let her know and I never heard anything. I sent her another message about 4 weeks later to see if she’d received the original message and she was she had forgotten and was busy so she gave me her cell. We spoke in text about my issue and she said she wanted to speak to her manager and see what could be done. She felt bad and wanted to make it right. I messaged her the week later and she told me she hasn’t gotten a chance to ask yet. So this week I sent a text to follow up and have yet to hear anything. At this point, after trying to reach out for over a month and gotten nowhere I decided there was plenty of time to at least see what could be done. To spend $90 before tip on a cut and color and it not being the color you paid for could have been remedied. I will not be back again. Megan was great and personable but after this experience and the time I gave her to make the issue right is not ok. I didn’t want a refund, i really just wanted what I’d paid for to begin with and I didn’t get that so it seems I’m still searching for a salon. I’m extremely disappointed I had to leave a negative review but I honestly tried too many times with radio silence to get what I paid for.

I love this place. When I moved here, my thick hair couldn't keep up with Missouri humidity, so I decided to get a pixie cut. My hair grows so fast that I need it cut every 4 weeks to maintain this style. Full price for a haircut here is $28, and if you sign up with your e-mail address, you will often receive coupons. Also, I really love my stylist and find her to be not only a really lovely person, but also a skilled practitioner who I will be sticking with. Even though this place allegedly takes walk-ins, this location in particular is very busy and you'd be better off making an appointment to be sure you don't get turned away.

Great place for a quality haircut! The business has a really nice barber shop feel. The barber gave an outstanding haircut. I will definitely return.
