Just got my first massage done today which was the deep tissue massage. It was amazing!!! My neck and shoulders feel much better and I've already scheduled another appointment. I love the app that they have and the people are really nice.It is worth it and I highly recommend this place.
I’ve been a part of the membership program for several years. I often fall behind on coming in for my facials and massages, but ME makes it super easy to freeze your membership while you catch up on services. Lately I’ve been going to Laura for my massages and she’s wonderful.
I've been going to this location since November 2019 and I love it! The staff is so friendly. Max is so kind and welcoming especially during this pandemic. They clean the office well and take the time to make sure you're comfortable. I mostly see Amber who does a fantastic job! Highly recommend.
I’ve been a satisfied client here for more than 10 years. If you describe what you want from a massage when making an appointment, the desk staff will do their best to match you with a therapist with those skills.
Went for a massage and facial. Had a normal quality massage and then only got a 20 minute facial when I booked an hour. She spent the rest of the time trying to upsell me on product. Then when the manager called me about the internal review as I requested, she was combative and unprofessional and offered no remedy for my expectations not being met and tried to pass off the failure to IT booking process problems. Sadly, she had a chance to make it right but failed. Stay away from this location. Poorly managed.
