i walked in and was greeted with a friendly hello, but i could tell the woman was not smiling underneath her mask. when i sat down, i made it very clear that i wanted a mid length bob that was long in the front and short in the back, nothing more. she TOTALLY was not listening and made it WAY too short, and my birthday is in a month!!! i’ve gotten my hair cut here before and they normally do a good job but i will not be getting cuts or styling here going forward.

Was able to walk in and get my hair cut in 15min. Pricés are very reasonable
I went for a haircut that would of literally took 3 minutes bc it’s a buzz. They were closed ten minutes before 8 and said we close at 8 through the door. I say it’s not 8 and you can hear the lady go what do you mean it’s almost 8 with some real sass then has the audacity to open the door and act nice one confronted saying you can back tomorrow. Nice.
I am loving the service of Great clips. Staff is super efficient, best at work and customer centric. Hair stylists know exactly know what customer needs. Very little instructions needed. Recently I had started using the great clips app which is very useful in setting up the timeslot.
