Miserable! No respect for the work they do or for the customer they do it for. Talking in their language in mocking tones while eying their customers. Did a miserable job on my nails and when I asked they said that if I don’t like their service, I needn’t come back. Absolutely rude, unprofessional and unreliable. Waste of time, money and peace of mind. If you want to have a rushed experience that makes you feel like an intrusion to their screen time , with bad work for a heavy price, this is your place. Oh and a bonus of rudeness, headache is absolutely free!!

Always great experience, clean and Shan does perfect! My powder nails look amazing for up to 4 weeks!

I have mixed feelings. If you want fast service, this is your place. If you want consistent quality and professionalism, I'd probably go somewhere else. Some of the technicians here are great, but you can't count on getting assigned to one of the great ones. Also, the focus is on speed here rather than quality. The technicians are usually talking to each other or on their phones while they work. A lesson in attentive, polite customer service is certainly needed. On the plus side, the salon is clean and well maintained. Parking is easy, and it's right next to a Whole Foods market.nAnd there are some technicians who do a wonderful job. But, hey -- it's fast.

Very clean salon. I had a dip nail service and an eyebrow wax. They were fast and efficient and had a wonderful array of colors to choose from.
