5 out of my 10 nails are completely screwed up. I told them I wanted oval blue nails and good lord I did not think it was going to be this hard, otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. The lady asked if I wanted my nails cut down and after telling her no twice she went ahead and cut two down before I had to stop her... she cut my finger open, and made two of my nails crooked before another man stepped in to take over. He did an okay job. I guess. My thumb has a black hair in it which I told him about and he did nothing besides try to rub it out? My nails still are crooked, my pinky has a huge line down the middle of it, and after a day of having them done my pointer finger already chipped. Every time I go in there they want to give the new people to me who don’t know what they’re doing, they treat me poorly even though I’ve been a loyal customer for 2 going on 3 years now. Needless to say I’m going somewhere else for now on and going to get my nails redone. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This was the worst nails experience I’ve ever had. I have long natural nails and do powder dip every 2 weeks. This was my first time at wildwood nails and they RUINED my beautiful long nails by making some nails shorter than others and an inconsistent shape. Not only is the length and shape wrong but they did my powder dip in only 2 thin layers with a tacky top coat!nUsually I can save my own nails after an appointment but they are past the point of saving if I don’t want to cut my nails all the way down. They also moved me from chair to chair, person to person, with no communication of where I was to be or who was actually doing my nails. They treated me like I was a problem instead of a customer. I had 3 different nail techs who I expressed I wasn’t happy to and asked them to stop many times. They made me pay and told me they wouldn’t give me a refund but would only fix my nails. I am not happy and would encourage anyone to go to any other nail salon in the area.
