Eric is hands down the best! My mom, sister and I have been loyal customer to him and this company for years. But every technicians here at Eureka Nails are all so kind and there work is amazing. I recommend them to everyone! Thank you Eureka Nails for always being amazing!

The salon itself is very nice, the location and hours are convenient and it looks like they do a great job of sanitizing their instruments. The manicure price is on the high end, and unfortunately the level of service and quality don’t match the price. It’s been under a week of normal office activities, and my gel manicure is already chipping and peeling up. I’m sure management would offer to fix it, but the nail tech was so unfriendly and uninterested, I really don’t want to go back.

My daughter and I arrived for our appointment and the second we walked in we were blown away by the elegance of this salon. We were greeted at the door and welcomed right away. I instantly thought to myself, why am I just learning about this incredible place! One of the employees helped my daughter pick out her color and took her back to the perfect set up for a little girl! She had her own kid size chair and the smile on her face was priceless! They sat me right next to her and we both felt spoiled instantly! Before making our appointments I wanted to make sure I was prepared. I quickly pulled up the St. Louis County Mask Mandate on the St. Louis County Health Department website and reviewed. After reading the mandate I did not have to have my four year old daughter wear a mask so she did not have one on. Several minutes after having our feet soak the owner of the establishment came over to us and asked me to place a mask on my four year old daughter. I politely said “ma’am I read the St. Louis County Mask Mandate before making our appointment and the mandate states that children ages 3-5 are not required to wear a mask and she is 4 so I did not bring her a mask. She then said to me “we will dry your feet off so you can leave then” I said again “ma’am the mandate states that she doesn’t have to wear a mask and I can easily pull the mandate up on my phone if you would like to see it.” She said “I know the rule and the rule states anyone 2 years or older must wear a mask” I told her that was not correct information and that I did not have a mask for my daughter. She then stated that I could purchase a mask from her or leave. I told her I would not purchase something that is not required but if she felt safer with my daughter having a mask on I would gladly put a mask on her if she wanted to provide it. The owner then stated “ I’m not giving you a mask you can buy it or leave” At this point I am so frustrated that the owner of this amazing salon is not aware of her counties mandate and is bullying me into purchasing a mask that is not required. The two amazing employees that were doing our pedicures apologized over and over and they were absolutely amazing! Overall our experience here was perfect with the employees of this establishment. However the owner was not aware of the county mandate and made us feel very uncomfortable in her environment. I am in healthcare and compliant with mandates and I did my research before selecting this salon for our girls day. I would highly recommend this salon for the appearance and the wonderful employees. I would also recommend that the owner of the facility refresh her knowledge on the county mandate and work on making her customers feel welcomed and not embarrass them in front of other customers. After leaving the salon I called the St. Louis County Health Department and asked them what the mandate stated for children. The employee I spoke with stated exactly what was on the website and assured me that my four year old daughter did not have to wear a mask. I asked if each business is able to make their own mask mandates, she stated that the only mandates that should be posted are the ones directly from the County Heath Department. This would have been a perfect experience and I would have given 5 stars if I was not bullied and disrespected by the owner for her lack of knowledge in regards to her county mandates and lack of customer service skills.

Great client check in procedures. Bright, clean shop that doesnt have an overwhelming smell of nail salon like others.

Friendly, knowledgeable and talented! Other places I've gone are way too inconsistent. Eureka Nails has done a fabulous job time and time again. Kay and Ray are both great!
