Another location I HATE! Filled to the brim with jerks. I went there for 4th grade and the amount of hatred I got was unbelievable. I didn't do anything! There were only 6 nice people there. I was still scared. The only fun thing was science and art. Never go there! Hey other citizen, yeah you the guy who made the first comment, ARE YOU BLIND?! St. Michael's is living hell!

As the parent of a student attending the St. Michael School of Clayton I cannot be happier with my choice of this school. My son has been at SMSOC since the first grade (2 years) and we have found the classroom experience there to be both challenging and enriching. Primary education sets the foundation for a lifetime of learning, both in and out of the classroom, and the teachers work hard engender a love of learning and knowledge in all its forms. The small class sizes help to ensure the individual experiential education that is the hallmark of this school.

Our child went to St. Michael's School for daycare. In terms of service provided, the school is wonderful. Ronnie and the other daycare workers are saints and do amazing work. They brought in the Spanish teacher once a week to read to the toddlers in Spanish and made sure to bring them outside when the weather allowed.nnHowever, the management of payments, the times open, and the school-schedule based days off where horrible. We ran into so many problems with payments. It was not made clear that we would be charged over the entire year (12 months) for the 9 months of daycare costs. We needed to jump through a dozen hoops to get money back for days our child could not attend due to sickness or by not being there even when the school was informed weeks in advance. The FACTS management system used to process payments charged astronomical fees for every payment made via a bank transfer and then charged a flat % fee for each payment via credit meaning the actual cost of the daycare was much higher than anticipated.nnGetting in contact with St. Michael's tuition managers was incredibly difficult. Our emails went unanswered, phone calls regularly not responded to in a timely manner.nnThe daycare itself was only open for 8 hours a day, leaving no time for transportation to/from work for the parents. It also was not open on many, many, many days leaving us to have to locate suitable coverage for weeks, and in one case a month, at a time.nnFor a daycare that costs a fair amount more than most other daycares in the area, St. Michael's School was simply not worth the cost to us. We do, however, think the actual daycare workers are simply amazing and know that we do miss having our child with them. The management and costs of the school, however, made continuing to go there frustrating and impossible.

A warm and wonderful environment with dedicated, caring teachers and staff. My child started in the PDO program and has transitioned through the years from the younger classes to the pre-K class now. Ms. Ginger and Kristin are so sweet and good with the children, the kids learn so much and you can see how much they love going to school. An enriched, Reggio program that inspires the children and the teens, and a diverse blend of children from all over the world and all types of families. Some scholarships are available if needed. We love it!
