Totally negligent and unprofessional! They made horrible mistakes and carried their mistakes to the police reports to made them official and refused to correct them. They got the speed limit wrong, failed to check the validity of a repeat reckless driver's driving insurance, failed to carry out a thorough investigation, hurled all the blame on the voiceless/victim and let the criminal driver go free without any consequences. You would expect the police, who take the taxpayers' money to enforce the law, to hold criminals responsible and to protect innocent people. Alarmingly and pathetically, they have proved otherwise.
Thank you for all you do for our community UCPD! I'm sure I'm sure people don't say it enough, but I for one appreciate all your department does to keep UCity safe. I've only ever needed to call a couple of times but every time the issues were handled professionally and with quick response times when necessary. They even helped my wife and I determine crime statistics for our neighborhood when we moved a few years ago. Thanks again and keep up the great work :)
Dispatcher Miller is very kind and understanding and is perfect for the line of duty and all its many requirements. I'm confident in that area of the department.

I had a couple of issues and I can say that the officer's came on time. They did a wonderful job. They were very passionate about my feelings. I was very upset after the conversation with Officer L.Tuckson I felt much calmer. THANK YOUud83dude01
