Brentwood Police Department

They make it frustrating just to drop off medications.nGo in front door, then locked door. Follow directions on Wall AND AGAIN GO THROUGH PHONE TREE ( for third time) just to reach a human, who is not actually there!!!!!! But she did finally reach officer who was in building behind pulled down screen, who opened screen, unlocked door, pulled down screen again, and when I knocked on window to give feedback, ignored me/didn’t hear me. Did not feel like valued community member. There should be a better way!

I hate going to jail here... waste of time and ruins my day!

The officer was very helpful for a background check. Not to mention, a very nice human being. Thank you Brentwood police!

I called the non-emergency number to see if there were any reports filed about a stolen bicycle. I was told the bike was last seen in Brentwood and 170, the seller had several bikes that were assumed stolen. The lady was rude and completely unhelpful. She couldn't be bothered to check if a report was made for anything on the date I gave her. She was adamant only the owner would file, the fact said thief had several stolen bikes didn't matter, and since it was stolen from CWE, I'd need to call St. Louis City. She wouldn't listen to what I was saying, and ended up hanging up on me.nnTerrible public service.

I can't get through to anything but voicemail even in the middle of the day on a weekday.
