Ray was very professional and very knowledgeable of the process and materials for all the repairs. I was given a detail write up and prices for each option. He always provided step by step information of the process and explained with great detail. If he had to change his strategy I was advised. When I had questions he was very attentive to answering the question to make sure I understood. The repairs were very tedious and he took his time and did not rush. Ray did a thorough walk through after he finished. I was advised of rebates and warranties. Ray cleaned up after the work was complete. Ray is an excellent worker. I could tell he love his job because he took pride in the work he did. Ray is an amazing person. I’m very happy that he did the repairs in my home. Thank You Ray. We were VERY pleased with the work Ray completed for us. He explained every step, answered all questions, was prompt and professional and very pleasant. Ray worked on two separate days, completing everything in a timely manner; he was conscientious and respectful and obviously well trained. I have used Hoffmann Brothers for my plumbing needs for the past five years (upon moving into their service area). They have: replaced kitchen faucet, replaced water heater, replaced four toilets, created shut-off for outside faucet, and, today, replaced main shut-off faucet and regulator. They have been responsive to my needs/problems, thorough in working through my options for resolution, and meticulous in their service. Each employee who has entered my home has been friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely neat/clean with their work. I have recommended their services to others and will continue to do so.nToday was the second time James has been here. He is informative about options, very neat, respectful, and friendly. I was happy to have him take care of my home again.
We had an emergency call on a Sunday for our hot water heater. Jamie came out and gave us all our options and his recommendations. He was extremely professional and personable. We would definitely request to use Jamie again for any plumbing needs!!! He was here within an hour of our call to the office! Thanks to Hoffman’s maintenance program we are part of we got a disc on the emergency service! Most reliable and trustworthy company I know!!!!nJamie came back next day and installed our new hot water heater. He did an amazing job and will request him for all future work!!!!
Nick was great! It is great that Hoffmann has the technology to text a picture of the tech before he or she arrives, in addition to sending an email with his or her bio. Nick listened to my concerns and quoted me several options that fit my budget. He was very personable and interacted with my kids wonderfully and even answered their questions about the work to be done - (which is one huge way I determine if a tech gets the job). Very satisfied and look forward to them returning to begin work.
