Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Waitress was barely useful. Sandwich requests were ignored. Sides were put on wrong plate. My son's burger tasted burnt. Oblivious to us sitting there, clearly finished with our meal. Had to ask for sweetener from the waitress and then from the hostess, and then the waitress decided she needed to get us something but didn't remember what. Never got a box for my sandwich, never got asked for refills on bottomless fries or drinks (my tea was not that good, but still..). Talked to the manager and he promoed the order but didn't have time to really address the situation. Bathroom floor was sticky, leaving me squeaking through the restaurant. This is our regular restaurant when we come to St. Louis but probably not any more. Too many strikes against it in one day. On a positive note, MY food was good.

I was so surprised at how good the service was. The hostess was so friendly, our server was still in training (I wish I remembered her name!) and did a great job. We had multiple different servers run drinks/food to our table and they were all so friendly and attentive as well. The food came out fast and tasted delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back!

No matter what Red Robins I visit in state or out of Missouri this franchise never disappoints when coming to prices, service and quality. One of my favorite burger joints.

All thanks to the daytime Manager who let us be seated immediately cause I had to get to work in a short amount of time, awesome service from our server who did a great job as well!!!

This is my FAVORITE PLACE TO GO.. The SERVICE IS AWESOME. VERY FRIENDLY & THE ATMOSPHERE IS GOOD... THE FOOD IS VERY GOOD TOO. It's very children friendly.
