The Cheesecake Factory

My only complaint is that I buy more cheesecake there than I can eat

Wednesday night I went to dinner at the Cheesecake factory and all I really wanted was a Cheesecake. So I ordered a Cheeseburger as well. So the server brought our food and I took the first bite and I had all blood dripping from inside the burger in my mouth and on my clothes. I ran to the bathroom spit it out came back and I pressed down on the burger with my finger and all blood just kept coming out it was all red inside not cooked at all. Horrible experience it ruined my appetite I couldn't even eat anymore it was nasty. Never again will I ever order any food except for the cheesecake. Horrible Grill man kitchen crew. Heads up and be careful ordering anything from the Grill. That was the first time I ever had something like that happened and you would think its a nice fancy restaurant and the food would be 5 star but I thought wrong. HEADS UP FOR THE FUTURE CUSTOMERS!!!

I’ve been to Cheesecake Factory locations across the U.S., but hands down, their Richmond Heights location gives THE BEST service of all of them. I was in town on business for four days and ended up dining here 3 of the 4 days because of the location and each visit never disappointed. The service was always top notch. One particular night, the kitchen was having a few issues and my kind waiter made up for it in his fantastic service.

I had a great meal there! Customer service was amazing!! We had to wait an hour before getting our table but that was expected because it is a popular restaurant. They also social distance the tables which is very appreciated during these times.

Amazing!!!!! I had the bang, bang chicken and shrimp. My wife had the chicken and biscuits. Both were so delicious!!! I can't honestly put it in words. We are taking the cheesecake home but I'm pretty confident it's going to be the best part ud83dude03
