I really want to like this store because it's beautiful and has such a great selection of products. I also want to support local. But, like previous reviewers, I have been in probably 10 times, and mostly I will be in the store for 10 minutes or more and no one acknowledges me. Even when I am the only one in the store! There have been countless times I have left annoyed and thinking I would just buy online since no one was willing to help me. However, they have product that I want. So, I tried again the other day and the nice gentleman Steven finally came out to help me. He had great ideas. Now, I'm waiting for a follow-up email so I can order the products. Also, I would buy more items from this store if they would just be nicer and more attentive. Yes, first rule of retail customer service, acknowledge the customer!!

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into the products they offer, with a huge range of style and price points.

Locks and Pulls has a huge selection. I love going there to look around. Betsy is especially friendly and helpful. I was able to text her a picture of the pulls that I wanted and she figured out what they were and got them ordered for me.

This place is not worthy of your time or $. The daughter of the owner is the rudest person that I have ever met! She acts like she has powers over you because Daddy owns the business. She should not be in a customer service position. She was unkind, unhelpful, and arrogant!nPlease do not honor this business...read the other Reviews....I am not alone! Their prices are ridiculously High too! Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. You will get a better price and better customer service.

I am not sure who helped me this morning (lady with short, blonde hair), but she was incredibly friendly and helpful. She helped me find what I needed and was so kind. This place has a huge selection for all price ranges.
