I love this place! They are always friendly and prompt. Today I forgot to take my bike rack off and they did it for me! Incredible service! Don’t forget to tip them well!

Beware! This car wash scratched my brand new truck all the way through the paint on drivers side door and also scratched the back wheel well plastic trim. Right after the wash I filed damage complaint with store manager. He would not acknowledge or admit fault. Spoke to regional manager and she said “we have signs posted that say we are not responsible for scratches”. It caused $1,130 of damages. Canceled my membership and will not return. Clearly not concerned with making things right for the customer.
