Rock Hill Touchless Car Wash

I have been trying to cancel my membership for 2 months. They keep taking my money without washing my car. I've made multiple attempts to cancel. Jesse, the owner, doesn't return my phone calls. The kid,nmanaging the place didn't seem too interested in helping me solve this problem. I was a satisfied customer but with customer service like this my satisfaction level has waned. I would have returned in the spring when my schedule allowed for more regular visits and in the meantime I would have washed my car when my schedule allowed, but not any more. I'm disappointed that this situation has escalated to this point. I would really like it if the business would help make me a satisfied customer once again.

Had a great experience with a wash and detailing. The guys were quick and my car looked brand new. Will continue to give this place my business.
