The young lady Bre was great.. I just wish there was some privacy. You are getting stretched in front of other people. Its an open area sort of like the gym.
I love the service they provide! I sit at a desk all day and have general tightness in my lower body. So glad I found this place, I've been a member for over a year now.

Once I added cryo & stretching into my routine with other holistic services, I noticed a quicker improvement towards my body & the issues I struggled with.nnSince the start, Mark has been my trainer for each of my treatments. He is absolutely fantastic at pushing my body to improve & making the treatments enjoyable with our conversations.nnHighly recommend both cryotherapy & stretching, especially weekly!
Purchased 6 sessions from Groupon because the concept is great. However, I am Switching to Creve Coeur one. Why?n1. My first session was a big disappointment as my trainer was busy watching a football game on the TV.n2. My second session was better However, it was cut from 40 min to 30 for no reason at all.n3. Another trainer was non stop talking whatsoever and totally ruined the quiet atmosphere.nI found another similar review on Groupon and I hope the management does something to fix these issues.nMy friend goes to the one on Olive BLVD and she loves it.
The team is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. The stretching helped me so much.
