Super friendly and professional. They really do an outstanding job.
Do not get me wrong the place was lovely, clean, and the lady I had she engaged in conversation with me & I loved every bit of it. I wanted a gel manicure ($32) pretty pricy for what I normally pay ($25). The price is not the issue here. We had an appointment for 6pm. We get there and we did not get served until almost 6:20-6:30pm. What is the point of making an appointment if we aren’t going to get served at the time we reserved for? We went there to get ombré nails & the two ladies my friend and I had did not know how to do do ombré. My sisters nail tech was THE only PERSON who knew who to do ombré. What! Are you kidding me? Ok, so I settled for tip nails. I originally wanted gel manicure ($32) I asked for [originally] gel manicure and walked out with a full set and white tips. I ended up walking out paying $51.00 for a full set white tips when I could’ve gotten the white tips on my OWN nails! I didn’t ask for a full set! I kept saying manicure not full set just gel manicure. I am very upset with this whole situation. it’s not what I asked for, you know? It’s the principle. I don’t even like this! I am trying to be positive but I can’t! I’m trying!nI WILL NOT BE BACK!
I’ve been here a couple of times over the last two years and it’s okay. They are extremely clean and spacious and have amazing colors and services to pick from. Some of the nail techs are nice but some of them are rude which throws off the mood but I try not to let that effect me. Now I usually get pedicures and dip or gel manicure within tips. They don’t do the best work in terms of clean shapes and smooth strokes but it’s just okay. It’s overall a nice salon but they have some improvements to make in some services. The I wouldn’t waste money on their pedicures though. $25 for a lacking pedicure that’s rushed(at least in my case). I would not recommend if you are looking for the best overall quality.
This place is by far above other salons in the area. They are super friendly extremely clean and accommodating. I have done both Gel manicure and Dip manicures and the techs have been gentle and are very knowledgeable and skilled with the application.
The salon is very clean & well-organized. Staff are very friendly. Walk-ins are welcome as are appointments. I am always happy with any of the technicians.
