I found this place on instagram, and they have really great photos of manicures. I booked a simple nail art design gel manicure with a random tech (because they all seemed good). When I got there things seemed fine. It is a clean and classy establishment and Allison is very nice. However, the nail tech I had seemed to be inexperienced. The manicure was very messy. I had polish all over my finger. I didn’t even get the nail art, but at least Allison lowered the price for that. 3 days later, it chipped. I am upset that I wasted $42. I was unhappy with my nails, but felt that I still had to pay because she did perform the service. If the tech I had was inexperienced, that’s okay because people do need to gain experience some way. However, you should let people know up front what they are getting into. Maybe offer a discount for allowing them to do their nails, or have an experienced tech sitting with them. Either way, I feel that I was cheated out of $42. I was going to try them out again, but I will not.

3 stars for cleanliness and the way my manicure looked when I left. I got the Gel X extensions. I paid $85 for a *simple* design and the extensions. I got them done on a Thursday and on Saturday 4 of the nails popped off. The nail tech kept warning me that they were not as strong as acrylic or dip, but I though that meant they’d chip, not completely pop off! I didn’t even doing anything to make them pop off, they just came off on their own. On Sunday I took them all off and it was extremely easy to do. I can’t believe I paid $85 for nails that lasted me 2 days. I am sure they do fine with regular manicures but it’s definitely not the place for me, I can pay 1/3rd of the price to go elsewhere which is what I’ll do.

Firstly, the staff at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. More importantly Anna, the technician I saw, not only helped me remove acrylic overlay on my nails (especially when they aren't supposed to remove acrylic and my attempt to do so was a BIG fail!) but my natural nails look so good and the treatments done are vegan and won't damage your nails like the other stuff! This was my first time going to Paint Bar and I am definitely a client for life!

Absolutely LOVED my experience at Paint Nail Bar with Paris. She recreated the look I wanted and made it even better than the photo I showed her. I was so impressed with her talent and enjoyed chatting with her during my manicure. COVID protocols are great and the salon is very clean. I will definitely be back!
