If you have any maintenance issues, beware that Mary will be highly rude and disrespectful to you. If you call for an update on a status of your maintenance request, Mary will not handle your concern in a professional manner. Two examples (there are several more) :nnFirst: The bathroom tub faucet broke, so the water was running full blast. We called right away, it did not get fixed until more than 72 hours later. That's at least 3 to 5 gallons of water being waisted per second. She didn't seem to think it was an emergency, and waited to call a plumbing company, when that should have been done right away the following morning.nnSecond example, the hallway lights of the building were shut off by WE Energies, apparently the bill had not been paid. It has now been 2 weeks with the lights still not working, and when calling to get an update, she said that I needed to call WE Energies! Why would I need to call, when I am the tenant not the landlord nor in charge of maintenance? When I asked her why I needed to call, she was again was very rude and transferred me to Patrick. Now he was nice and confirmed that I don't need to call them.nnI seriously feel Smart Asset could really benefit from a maintenance person who is professional and knows how to handle situations. Mary is NOT the person for the job. I don't like to complain or write reviews, however the constant battle with maintenance has been CRAZY!!

I love the people at smart asset realty Especially Karla she has help me out so much and is very sweet and understanding about any situation I would tell anybody to rent thru them and liz is also awesome with handling everything that smart asset has don’t with making calls making sure I was well taken care of thanks ladies

Luke & Zach provided very professional & efficient maintenance. Very understanding & their communication was very great. They’re wonderful to be around & also are very personable!

I have lived in my apt . I had some dept issues but the workers at smart asset's were very kind and understanding of my hole situation and we're willing to work with me on my situations. I bless them for be humble and have empathy for people in these time and moment we are living in. Thank you all at smart asset and thank you Sara for your blessed heart.
