Cedarbrook Apartment Homes

I have lived in houses and I have lived in apartments. The apartment we live in at Cedarbrook Apartments is sufficient for our needs. We can hear everything from the other renters, but, it’s really not that bad. Everyone, that we’ve met, seems very nice We plan on staying here for a long time until our future brings a change. Management is easy to get in touch with and easy to get along with. Location is excellent for shopping and traveling. Any issues that we have had to contact maintenance has been resolved quickly. Availability of the management over rent payment far exceeds expectation. If anyone I know is deciding to move to this area, I would definitely refer them to this apartment complex! The reason I gave 4 stars is because I didn’t know how to give 4.5 stars and 5 stars would be almost perfect and I don’t know anyone who is perfect. I’m glad we found this place!

My son and I have been living here since September. I love the newer updated bath features and the wood flooring. Bedrooms are a great size I have a king size bed and plenty of room. Closets are pretty good size the best part is that you also get a 400 or 600 square foot basement to yourself with a washer and dryer hookup. We left towards the back so it's nice and quiet.

We have lived in cedarbrook apartments for a few months now and we are really enjoying it. The layout is nice, bedroom sizes are decent, the all hard wood flooring is awesome! Having your own private basement is really great to have for storage and laundry. Maintenance is quick when you need them! Great location for shopping has everything you need around! I highly recommend!

The apartments are great to live in. All the rooms are a good size, you have you're own private basement for storage, and the area is close by everything that you need. I'm a single mother of two boys and we enjoy living in the apartments. Ann is also great that works in the office, very nice.

Cedarbrook is a nice, quiet complex. The apartments are good sized, and I like having a large, private basement for our laundry and storage. Maintenance has been very quick to respond, and the manager has always been very helpful and polite. They are located right off highway 70, so it's easy to just hop on the highway and head to work in the mornings, and there are a ton of stores and restaurants close by.
