Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We have just relocated to Troy MO, the home we have been getting ‘move in ready’ needed some maintenance in the bathroom with the toilet and the bathtub drain. Mike was our Rotor Rooter tech and he was great!! He got us up and working in no time, and bonus, he cleaned up the small mess that was made!!! Such a great guy!!! High 5 Mike!!! We greatly appreciate you and your time!!

Both Tim & Allen were VERY polite, professional & respectful ud83dudc4fud83dudc4d! They couldn't fix the toilet & when I made the appt was told a plumber would only be available today. But Tim made a call to the Plumber & he came out a short time later the same day & fixed the toilet. That's Teamwork! We really appreciate ud83dude4f you and your employees should have some recognition for going beyond the call of duty & making 3 little old ladies VERY HAPPY!

Do not use this business. Their current method is pure bait and switch tactics. I called them to install a kitchen faucet and was told they would give me a price when the technician showed up. It would be $69 for the service call, but that would be deducted from the bill. When the technician came the estimate was around $570 for the install, I had a water purifier and that would be extra. Keep in mind this is to install a kitchen faucet, nothing special. We were told this was because it was booked as an emergency and the company had a four week backlog. I was never notified of this on the initial call (which was the week prior).nnI tried to reach out to their customer service team to discuss the concern and left messages for their manager on 1/27, 1/28 and 2/1. I called to leave a message on 1/29, but in three attempts could not even get voicemail to answer. Save yourself the money and do not use this company, or at least make them give you a bid prior to coming and taking your money. As a reference I subsequently had the both faucet and water purifier installed for under $150 versus the over $600 I would have been charged from this company.nnUpdate: No surprise, but thought I would update post a couple weeks. As of Feb. 25 I have still never heard back from this company. I also filed a complaint with the BBB and to my knowledge they have not responded to them either.nnUpdate: I finally did hear back from management in mid-March. They were concerned about the issue and refunded the service call money. It appears this may have been an issue with the employee. If this happens to you I would ask to talk to management while the technician is on site as this does not seem to be consistent with their policies.

They were excellent, effeciant, and fast. Called and they said 2 hours but they were there within 45min. And got the job done and fixed within an hour. I will recommend and use them everytime. Thank you so much.
