He knew what he was doing, explained the problem so I understood (and saw), had the parts, was professional, pleasant, courteous, and cleaned up after himself....plus got the job done in-and-out quickly! ....having a properly flushing toilet is a really good thing! Very happy with the service. Will absolutely use them again.

Had a stuck kitchen faucet and needed to replace it with a new one. Called mid-afternoon and they were able to get someone to me within an hour. Put on shoe protection, had a very professional appearance and did an amazing job of removing and installing the new faucet. Even saw that my garbage disposal was missing a clamp and fixed it as well. Highly recommend them to anyone. Very reasonable pricing.
