The guide who was working that day, John, was great to have along. He was very informative and helpful. If we saw something and had a question, he was right there with the answer.nnThe collections are great and show a lot of history in St. Charles County. There is the room on the ground floor with the amateur baseball league teams, women's baseball, horseshoes, bowling, etc. represented. Upstairs, the high school sports are represented. Unfortunately, we couldn't go see that because there is no handicap access to the second floor.nnThe wildlife 'room' was more of a room around a room, but the walls and ceiling were covered with representations and information about the animals, fishing facts, and history. The room inside the room is the simulation room.nnThe simulation room was incredible and a must see for any young hunters that will be heading out into the woods for hunting season. It was a blast! We were told it is the largest simulator of its kind in the world and numbers with only a handful of simulators like it around the world.nnGood job St. Charles County Parks and Recreation! Well done center for learning and recreation!

The displays are great. John was an excellent your guide. The simulation shooting room was outstanding. We plan to go back for the train display for Christmas.

Free attraction with a donation box available. Nice little museum. They have a state of the art hunting simulator. Does not take too long to see everything, I would not plan on spending more than an hour here. Great for what they are presenting.
