Some of the WORST service I've ever had. Had to ask for sugar for my coffee, then never got it. Had to go get some from counter. Had to get up and go find someone to ask for salt, pepper, butter, hot sauce, and a coffee refill. Had to ask for refill on soda. Needed ketchup, but waitress never came back to ask for it. Never came back to give us the bill either. Eventually just got up and went to counter to ask for that too. The manager at the counter got an attitude because I did not have my mask on while paying for the bill and she just glared at me when I continued to pay for the bill and didnt leave a tip. I guess the one star (because I couldn't leave zero stars) is for the food. Food was good

Very Friendly service with Awesome Home cooked food! Our waitress was very personable and Friendly and suited our every need! Price we paid was very reasonable as well! Will return!

Me and my fiance and my daughter recently went and ate for our first time at this location. The assistant manager greeted us seated us and took our orders. She was very friendly and she remembered our orders perfectly. Our server Pam was also very good. I I think that together they're a great team. We will be going back.

Customer service was great. The quality of the food I would expect from Bob Evens was less than expected. Fish was crunchy on the outside but very soggy in the meat like it was cooked to fast. This was the same for the calamari.

Waited for over 10 minutes for someone to come over to my table, so I left. Place was not busy. Even the lady who seated me never looked at me and acted like she could care less. I told a lady that no one ever came to to wait on me, so I was leaving. She just said sorry and walked away. Used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but no more.
