They called me back immediately for my frozen pipe job and we’re the first company to have a plumber on the way to stop my leaking pipe on the same day. Everyone else told me it would take 3-4 days even on emergency and some even up to 3 weeks! They were very professional and just good people overall! I talked to Crystal in the office and Jim is the Manager I believe. They were so kind and patient and I cannot tell you how wonderful they made the experience! I highly recommend this company!

Dave came out and checked our air ducts, we had recently bought our home and were not sure when, if ever, they had been cleaned. Dave identified that they had been cleaned very recently and there wasn't much more he could do. He saved us money and his honesty has earned a customer for life. If we need any services offered by ProSteam, they will be our first choice.

My carpet sustained some damage last year thanks to a new puppy in the house. Prosteam provided a reasonable quote and was able to repair quickly on the spot. Their employees were friendly, courteous and kept in communication when running a bit behind schedule that day. Would recommend and use them again in the future!
