Sams Carpet Cleaning & Repairs

I recently used Sams carpet cleaning after trying another company. Sams did a way better job! I’ve used them in the past but thought I would try using someone else and that was a mistake. I will be sticking with Sams from now on.nnThe technician Edward was fantastic! Very professional and really did a great job and went above and beyond. He moved furniture that I didn’t think they were going to like the heavy treadmill and put everything on styrofoam blocks. I was really impressed with the job they did and wanted the owners to know that Edward made the company shine!

Nick and Aaron came out and assessed my situation as i had a water line burst, gave me a good price and taking all necessary actions to make sure the job is completed properly,greatly appreciate everyone at sams,been a client for years

Had a flood in my basement, the guy took over an hour to get to my home. Then he proceeded to tell me how bad my neighborhood is and how he really didn't want to come out my way. Haggled with me for a simple water extraction and told me he should be charging me 700 dollars. Really felt like he didn't want to come to my home, and was irritated he had yo come in the evening. I'm sorry I paid your company for a service, either come out and treat me with respect or don't come at all. Sorry I used sams carpet will never call them again.

I was left feeling uncertain if my ducts had been properly cleaned after observing noticeable debris when I removed the register covers. My curtains were ruined and the company failed to respond to my email when pictures of the damaged curtains and mess from the equipment were shared. Overall, this company is terribly unprofessional. The first person I spoke to on the phone after describing my service alluded that the employee's performance was a problem, but then I was assured there were never issues by the manager. Staffing matters should not be the customers concern, the company owes it the customer to provide great service and take accountability when needed. Instead they projected their drama back at me. Book somewhere more reputable - this company is not worth the risk.
