The machines and computer system all got glove down no cash machines were working could not put the tickets into the slot machines or anything so had to stand in line for over 45 minutes to cash out my ticket cuz you had to go to the cashier's office. Everybody and their brother was there everybody was frustrated because of this. Didn't feel too good about Ameristar before definitely not liking it now

I attended an amazing speaker training workshop, and went to the casino at lunch with only 20$, and I was able to return to the event with $320! This place was great all around!

The Star Club's service this evening was terrible. No guests waiting for a table but couldn't get a drink to save my soul. This is only second time I have been in since the Covid restrictions and can't say I will hurry back. Used to be a fun placeud83dude25

This hotel is extremely nice, highly recommend. Get a players card, do a little gambling and you can usually get a free night or two. Enjoy!

My son and I spent a Saturday evening here, playing the slots. The ambience is pretty much like any other casino...lots of lights, the sounds of winning slots everywhere you go, etc.nThere's game tables as well, but the slots dominate the area. There's an upper level in the casino that is reserved for nonsmokers.nA hotel is attached to the casino. There's also several bars and restaurants. We ate at Bugatti's while we were there. Its an upscale steakhouse that serves delicious food. However, it's a little pricey. It would be a great place to go if you're celebrating a special occasion.nOverall, it's a nice casino.
