Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I've been going to this Fantastic Sams location for many years. For one, its close to home. For two, they usually have good stylist employed there. For years they would take anyone's coupon even if it was expired. That was cool. It feels like it might have changed hands. They no longer accept anyone's coupon. Today I went in for a haircut for me and my son and was told 30 min wait. After an hour I go in and owner or manager tells me they are short staffed. He just told me that he could get me in quick. I said I have to be somewhere and he said well we are open to 7 and I'll keep you on the list. No other compensation. They didn't even have my son checked in. There was only one stylist in there after the other two left. I feel sorry for her. 3 hours alone. Won't be going back.

They do a great job and close to home. Very nice employees too.

I went here to get my hair cut, i showed the hair dresser how i wanted my hair cut, now i didnt want it as short as it was shown in the picture and i had told her that, she had gotten it to the length i wanted and i told her that i like it that length and that she could stop cutting my hair, instead she says to me ok, well let me just texturize it I'll be done, me thinking ok just a little bit more wont hurt, well she got scissor happy and just kept going, by the time i was done my hair was actually shorter than the picture. i did pay but never ever ever again going back. Great Clips does a way better job and that's saying something

This place is terrible, I felt like torturing when I was getting my hair dying, washing, and drying. The lady who did my hair kept pulling my hair super hard and hurt my scalp so bad. She even ruined my eyebrows makeup with hands and towel, I had really important date after this which got ruined too. I have been so many places in my life but never got treated like this and so much painful before. So unprofessional. After I paid I leave that place immediately like escaping.
