Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I think it all depends on who you get at salon places doesn’t matter if it’s Fantastic’s Sam’s or Look After, I just went to Fantastic’s Sam’s last night and got my hair highlighted by Breeanna and she did a great job, she talked with me and asked me what I wanted, went over pricing, explained why she needed to add more bowls of product, very nice lady! Would definitely go back to Breeanna! Breeanna was very patient with me also!

Worst Service EVER and from the Manager, I am currently trying to get a hold of the the OWNER so he can see the deplorable job that was done and manager Margaret gave me a number that is disconnected and not offering any other advise on how to reach him, even in store, email, when to call back, nothing. I'm literally shaking because this situation has me so upset. I just want them to do it right, I don't even want a refund, I just want it done RIGHT like how my hair is usually done.

Worst Experience ever! I don't get my hair cut often but when I do, I come here and I usually don't have a problem, this recent visit had to be the most traumatizing experience I've ever had in a place of business. Allen and Breeanna were content and polite and usually are, however the Manager Margaret was extremely unprofessional and performed the worst haircut I've ever seen. I only paid for it because she assumed that I just was looking for a free haircut, worst mistake ever.

Margaret highlighted, conditioned and trimmed my hair. After 5 months of no salon time, I was really needing hair care.nI'm so happy with my results! She asked my preferences and went right to work. Personable, professional, really easy to talk to.nShe knew just what colors and style I was looking for and reasonably priced.nI'm very very pleased.
