Best place around at charles to get a set of nails, I’ve been to multiple salons and no one can compare. Me and my 2 daughters go every two weeks faithfully!

I can't give a review as far as how they do on nails I stopped in just to get my eyebrows done and they barely did them at all. I still had a lot of stray hairs and they weren't shaped at all. I could have done the job myself for free with tweezers. When I told the lady take off more hair she started arguing with me so I told her don't worry about it she said no and got another coworker. Which I appreciated because if she couldn't figure out what I was trying to point out maybe the next technician could help me. But the next lady was aggressive. The tweezers they were using were poor quality and she kept stabbing me really fast over and over on my eyebrow. I told her to just stop paid the money and went out in the car and finish them myself. This is just poor customer service if you ask me. I will not be returning

The man working there is not professional and gets offended easily. He called the cops because my friend didn’t like her nails and would not offer her anything. He made her pay full price for nails she was not satisfied with.

They did an awesome job on my nails & pedicure! I'll definitely be going back!
