I took a dress in to get pressed and when I got it home, it was still very wrinkled. It looked like you did not do anything to it!nnSo I ironed it myself and it looked great! I paid $14 for this service. Very disappointed to say the least!
Great place. Happy and helpful staff. Convenient hours and quick turnaround.
Went there to drop off a suit. No other customers were in the store when and I couldn’t see an employee either. After awhile I heard the employee who was outside yelling to someone on her cell phone, and smoking a cigarette.
Always friendly, helpful and service well done. The sponge hanger covers the use help avoid the shoulder bumps in plus size shirts. Quick and kind responses for any help requested. Pleasure to go there!! Would like to see more coupons for wash & press shirts savings!
I have been a loyal Klinke customer for over 20 years and have never been disappointed with their service. Betsy, the girl at the Sunset store, seems to go above and beyond to accommodate me. My clothes come back clean, well pressed and in a timely manner. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good dry cleaner
