They did a very nice job of carpet cleaning for a couple stains on our stairs and an adjacent room. The price was fair, and their customer service/responsiveness was very good.nnAlso, they sent a followup letter to make sure we were satisfied. I thought that showed that the owners care about their customers. Thank you.
