Moberly Police Department

Was on the phone explaining a situation the person was rude and short with me. I never got a call back. When anyone calls for a complaint I should have gotten a call back. Plus we should feel comfortable calling but I didn’t.

I got stopped for walking with my hood up. The officer was looking for trouble. I was walking on a Christian college campus where I live and attend school. I don't know what they're looking for, but they need to change their approach to be less intimidating.

Cant judge the whole department because of one or two bad eggs. There are some great people there doing their jobs.
