I live in Georgia, but some of my ancestors come from Randolph County. My family and I made a point to stop in at the Historical Society while in Missouri for a wedding. The people were very friendly and helpful. After locating my ancestors in a book of Confederate Veterans written by a local historian, we enjoyed looking around the little museum.
Amazing people and so much history! I learned so much just listening to the historians talk.
This is an excellent place to visit if you want to learn about the history of Moberly and the surrounding area! There are plenty of interesting displays!
Biggest thing is they need more room
Good place to learn more about the local community.
