How is this guy still in business? The other one star reviews are spot on. Bill has no idea what he's doing, zero social skills, and zero sense of responsibility for his actions. Don't waste your time with this poor excuse for a human.

An amazing realtor and HUMAN. If he was insensitive or RUDE it was for a reason, probably because the client he was dealing with was incompetent, ignorant or high maintenance. If you really KNEW him, you would see how successful he is because he is AMAZING at his job.

Extremely rude and incompetent. Doesn't even know how to get into buildings/houses for showings, takes hours for him to figure it out and it has happened more than once. Bill also makes inappropriate and racially insensitive comments to clients. Highly unprofessional and clearly has a lack a business acumen.
