I really like this place. The homes are nice, it’s in a great area and it’s pretty quiet and peaceful. The only issues are belownnThe city handles trash/recycling and are completely careless and don’t allow trash/recycling to be put in covered bins so every trash day looks like a trash apocalypse. Sadly enough people don’t care to clean up their trash/recycling that has blown away and it’s gotten to the point where when I’m walking my dog it’s almost hazardous because of the plethora of things on the ground for him to get a hold of. If I ran a complex this would not be something that I’d send out a gentle email about. This needs to be taken care of now.

Parkway Oaks is a lovely community. We have a functional gym (though most of the equipment needs replaced, the rowing machine is something out of the 1900s), a decent swimming pool, and a dog park(although its only contained by a fence with nothing in it) for our furry friends. The maintenance crew are usually quick to fix issues around the community and in the homes, although some are not as detail oriented as others. When it comes to winter weather you might as well salt your own porch and shovel your own drive as it's usually too late by the time maintenance gets around to doing it. One downfall to the community is we do not have designated office hours, which also means we do not have packages held. You risk the package being lost or stolen. This community is ran by another leasing company called Falcon Falls and if there is a need for management we have to go there. If there are community events we are merged in with Falcon Falls so it feels as if we are Falcon Falls instead of Parkway Oaks. The rules for the community are not really enforced so you will see dog feces from time to time as not everyone cleans up after their pets, although this is probably overlooked as I stated above we do not have designated office staff on location. Overall, the community is nice. It's a quiet community and the neighbors are very friendly. There is NO GOOGLE FIBER, NO AT&T FIBER (don’t let them tell you it’s coming, because this isn’t the case). You are stuck with Time Warner cable for internet and/or TV. The management team here is not that glamorous. If you want something or need something you will need to be very specific on what it is you’re wanting or needing. Nine times out of ten, they will not be helpful at all and all three are snooty. Sometimes they are nice, but most days they are not which makes the environment stale. We lived at this community for over a year now, construction is still going on, but it seems to almost be complete finally. The streets are not that nice, but what can you do as they are city streets. Two of the streets are not to be parked on, however there are cars all over. Again, overall, the community is nice, there are a lot of things that could be improved upon as well, however I do not see that happening in the near future. If you are fine with dealing with the ups and downs of the management, you will enjoy your stay, otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.

These seem like nice places but when your phone calls aren't responded to it is difficult to get in and see one. Call Falcon Falls and if you are really lucky you will get to talk to Alexis. She is a real gem if you enjoy being treated like trash. Look somewhere else, but avoid Falcon and Parkway.
