He said she would be a big help since we were looking in the Kansas City area because she knew the area well. Sue has been WONDERFUL to work with! She's available anytime I need to get with her. After having raised our kids in the house we had built 20 years ago my wife and I finally decided it was too big; that we needed to sell it and downsize.
