Brooke's Chem Dry Kansas City

I always read reviews of businesses to make my decision on who to hire, or where to shop! Brooks Chem- Dry had great reviews and I am happy to say I was more than satisfied with everything about them! I didn’t catch the ladies name the day I made the appointment but she was so nice! Steve was the one who cleaned the carpet. He explained everything that he was going to do. My carpet was gross and dirty but he didn’t treat me like it was! I will definitely have them back here again!! You will not be disappointed with them!

I had some pet odor and was scared to get them cleaned thinking it would make it worse. My carpet not only looks amazing they smell clean too! Steve did an awesome job! I will be using them again!

The technician was not only on time but early! He was very thorough and pretreated all the spots that our aging dog has made. All the aroma is GONE and the carpets are like new. When he was done, the best surprise was the price. I will definitely use them and highly recommend this company.

I am so very pleased with the work done by Steven of ChemDry. I had my whole house cleaned and could not be more pleased! He was able to remove stains that other companies could not get out. The carpet was dry in 2 hours. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them.
