Joy Laundromat

I dropped my clothes off here, paid 40 bucks. Get home to find out 2 of my new dresses are missing. I called them and they didn't know. I dont even want to leave 1 star!

Clean quiet in decent location machines work well and not too expensive.Always an attendant there

I had a bad experience at Joy laundromat I usually go there when the man is there, but today it was a lady there she seems to be very irritated of me just asking her a question. I asked her to take the clothes out of one washing machine that was nobody was claiming she asked me to go around to the other side it was the same price. I did that So I lost a quarter in the machine she didn't want to return my quarter and then she starts screaming I was like don't scream at me I got very irritated then I said let me calm down but she seems like she don't like black people.

Needed to do laundry because our washer and dryer are broke but they don’t allow kids and we have to take our niece with us
