Martinizing Dry Cleaning

Had tablecloths & napkins supposedly ironed for a wedding. When they were put on the tables they looked exactly like they just come out of a bag all wrinkled up. For the price you charged there shouldn't have been any wrinkles. Very very disappointed in your work. I wouldn't recommend you to anyone. Personally I think some money should be refunded for this poor service. Ashley & Judy Kuehl.

Not professional and service is awful

Please avoid this shop! My dress is ruined. Take the time to read the other complaints and give your money to someone who won’t destroy your clothes. This owner is not ethical and very rude.nnI dropped off a custom dress to be dry cleaned. The top was white and the bottom was black. It was a hand-sewn and custom dress. The dress only needed to be dry cleaned and steamed to get any wrinkles out. When I went to pick the dress up there were punched holes in it from bobby pins being stuck in the fabric, the white fabric was completely discolored and not in the original condition it was prior, the bra padding was completely separate from the dress and attached to the outside of the garment, the padding had heat destruction and completely deformed and misshaped, the dress was more wrinkled than when I dropped it off, the stitching was pulled in certain areas as if it had been harshly tumbled in a machine, and the bottom of the dress was shrunk and not the same length it was prior.nnThe dress is worn to black tie events and the condition in which it was returned in, it cannot be worn. When I brought this up to the owner (Steve Hammond), he told me that the dress was poorly made and there was nothing wrong with it. He said it was not discolored and never apologized for the fabric being shrunk, the bra padding being destroyed and that the dress is in worse condition than prior. He was horribly rude accusing me that it was my fault and that I must have worn self-tanner and that was the cause of the dress being discolored. I have photos of the dress prior to me dropping it off and after. The dress does not look the same or is in the same quality it was prior. Steve saught absolute no resolution and did not apologize for the dress being destroyed.

We brought in a few garments to have dry-cleaned one of them was a $900 cashmere poncho coat. Define that the areas that need cle we're not clean and they had a bright yellow stain swatches all over the coach. We called and spoke to the owner Steve Hammond be and he claimed the coat came in like that and asked if we go into other dry cleaning places and make false accusations. He basically called me a liar and a criminal!!! I will see him in small claims court after I spread the word about this guy. Why would his counter help even accept this garment if they could not clean it. Please stay away from these guys. I'm sure they do good work on some things but is it worth the risk of being called a liar and fraud if you have a complaint. There are lots of other dry cleaners that do good work as well. Also stay away from the dry cleaning service with high v on Englewood road as they use this company for their dry cleaning as well. See you in court Steve.
