I went in yesterday and got lash extensions for the first time. I was definitely nervous but Ashton let me know what my options were and answered all my questions. I am so happy with how they turned out.

Very rude and disrespectful stylist. Clean studio. I have been coming for a few months and have had great experiences until today. Treated me like a was beneath her and I was doing things wrong when I had not been instructed any different. Since she “didn’t” have time to take them off and release even though I was in my relash 21 day time frame I ended up leaving in tears. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Just got back home from getting my first ever full set of lashes and I can’t stop smiling! These are fantastic! They did a great job!

I went there yesterday on 3/2/19 to cancel my membership. Awful and horrible Customer Service, Staff is very rude and inattentive. I went into the eye lash part instead of the tanning part to cancel my membership and not one employee greeted me, asked me what I needed, waited on me or told me to go to the tanning part of the salon to get checked out. Instead I went to the tanning part on my own accord and figured out how to get my membership cancelled. I waited over 20 minutes before figuring out on my own to go to the tanning salon part. Then they shut the lash part doors after I made my own way to the tanning part to get my membership cancelled. Not at all friendly atmosphere. Very rude employees. The membership is a RIP off and a waste of money. The lashes are poor quality and don't stay on 2 weeks as promised. The lashes stay on only for 4 days. They also don't refund you any of your membership amount paid. Even though I haven't got my lashes done since July because they were such poor quality. But they still were taking out $19.99 a month out of my bank account for membership fees. I won't be back! Especially to be treated so poorly with horrible customer service after they ripped me off of my hard earned money! If I could give 0 stars I would. They not only were rude bit stole my money for poor quality lashes and non used membership fees. Don't go here and be aware! Definitely don't sign up for their monthly membership! This place is a joke! This is the 64th Street location in Parkville, Missouri that I went to today.

Lashes fell out had to go and have them redone else where. Lady was nice but won’t return.
