From the first phone call to Paschal I have received nothing but professionalism and curtesy. Unfortunately I do not recall the names of the first two ladies I spoke with but when I called in I got the info I was looking for and was told a Comfort Specialist would be calling me back shortly. I received a call from her a little thereafter and she was able to answer all my questions. We then had Joseph, their technician, come out and maintenance our Cooling system. He was thorough and extremely professional. He had a very good working knowledge of our system and answered my many questions with patience. Our unit is old, and though it is functional Joseph gave me a very honest, non-salesperson, explanation of the state of our equipment. We went ahead and asked to have a comfort specialist come out and give us an estimate as well as explain our options. I have no doubt we will hear back shortly and will be impressed by the person coming out. We are new to the area and having Paschal in my contact list is one less concern we have to deal with.

I called Paschal today and they were able to get me in the same day to take a look at my heat and why it wasn’t operating properly. Kevin came out and did the work on the unit. The company as a whole was very polite and professional. I went ahead and signed up for their planned maintenance program and will definitely be using these guys for all my future heat and air needs.

Paschal was able to schedule my service appointment within 24 hours of calling. Tommy was friendly, introduced himself upon arrival, and was quick and efficient in diagnosing and solving the issue. Fortunately, it wasn’t a bigger issue, but we are thankful for the sense of urgency in making the service call and fixing the problem.

From start to finish, this company is solid. They serviced a different home I rented before and I was excited to hear they were coming out to address the 5-month old issue two other companies failed to fix. Stacey with scheduling was very friendly and professional. Tommy came out and did a fantastic job. He quickly understood the issue and addressed it effortlessly. He made sure everything was working the way it should and found something else that should've been caught by either of the previous companies. I highly recommend Paschal.

Bobby was prompt, friendly, helpful, patient and frank. He was very professional, and took the time to explain things, not once, not twice, but three times, so that each of us in the household were on the same page. He provided practical advice and options as well as hands on instructions and explanations. I would call him again any time! Our cats also give him 10/10.
