DO NOT COME HERE!!! For one, she doesn’t mandate masks which is a huge health risk nor did she sanitize the table from the previous customer before me. On top of that, she waxed my eyebrows AND RIPPED MY SKIN OFF!!! An entire section off my face! I have a large purple mark on the side of my face right from where she heavily messed up and I’m upset that I trusted her to do my eyebrows. When I asked if she could even them out, because they were extremely uneven, she started arguing with me. I had to go to another lady in Springfield to get them fixed and she was just as horrified as me with hearing the experience I had at this place. When Krista did the waxing not only was it uneven, she ripped a layer of skin off, but on top of that she started to rub a dry & harsh towel on my face to get rid of the wax. I left with my eyebrows bleeding, messed up, and STILL the sticky residue because she failed to do them correctly. I am absolutely mortified in the experience I had here and I could NEVER recommend this place to anyone! Funny thing is, when I got my eyebrows fixed in Springfield, the lady that did them said she’s had a multitude of other customers come to her before that had almost the same experience as me from this place caused by Krista Murphy. If you want professional work, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO TO!

Do not recommend spending your money here!!! Krista (I think that was her name) does not have the proper customer service/wax training. Horrible experience!!

Will NEVER be coming back here!
