Major League Plumbing

These folks are absolutely top-notch. 5 stars all day! During a new shower install by an install company, they discovered that my shower drain was mobile, and informed me that this indicated a serious problem. I was told I needed a plumber, and that this was most likely going to be pretty major. Project is now at complete stop while I try to figure out what to do. My regular plumber was not available. Major League had quickly responded to an issue at my workplace a few months before. Gave them a call, and a plumber was there shortly. He determined the extreme severity and relayed the situation to the owner, George who showed up quickly. We scheduled a time for diagnosis to happen in a couple of days. The guys worked like crazy to break up/dig up the concrete foundation, and outdoor section. Old cast iron had deteriorated. When diagnosis was relayed to George, he quickly arranged for a team, over the next week to break up the concrete foundation, dig up pipe outside, and do the repairs. I was kept informed through the entire process. George arranged for the concrete folks to close everything back up. After the shower folks were done, Major League came right back to re-install toilet and vanity/sink/faucet. EVERYONE involved was professional, responsive, above courteous, and just plain helpful. There is NO WAY I could have coordinated this job like George did between plumbing and concrete. George and his office staff responded promptly to my call for assistance with a damaged residential sewer line. One local company wasn't available for a consult for several days. However, George was ready to fit me in to his schedule within 24 hours. When George and Brody stopped by they quickly assessed my situation, gave me a ballpark estimate for the work, then texted the actual estimate with the proposed work date by the end of the day.nVery professional service all the way around, thanks so much for the help!!

Great service!! Called they were there same morning. They sent an email with expected appt time. Justin was 15 minutes early. Justin did everything to unclog customer bathroom. Called county, problem on their side. Justin knew what he was doing. Quick, professional, friendly and quality service. Won’t hesitate to call again if plumbing service is needed!!

I just moved into a house out in Cordova and needed my water softener completely replaced. There was salt everywhere! All over the walls and carpet. Major League was able to remove, replace, and clean up the damage in less than 24 hours! They were extremely responsive, professional, and upfront. Ryan came out to assess the damage within an hour of my phone call, and Justin was on time the following morning and was able to even finish an hour ahead of schedule! I definitely recommend and will be back if I have any future issues. Best part is that they are also a locally owned business.

The owner and all the people that work here are courteous and thoughtful. I am handicap and when my toilet needed to be replaced they installed a hand bar without me even asking. I can't tell you what a help it has been. Also, I called on a Sunday for a water leak. George was so nice and explained everything and even made suggestions.
