Queen Anne's Museum-Eastern

What a cool museum and a big thanks to Bill for giving us a private tour. My family and I went here not knowing the hours. We pulled up to see it was closed but we called and Bill answered and said he could meet us there. I would count on this but I would call ahead of time to schedule a tour. This place had so much great information on the area from when the first settlers come to more recent times. My wife and I still talk about the log canoe that came from New York. If you are in the area or live in the area you should go check it out.

It's worth a look through. Exhibits curated by volunteers in a large barn. Some of the cases are more engaging than others, but the dedication to local history is apparent. That said, some of the objects venture outside of the realm about what makes like on the Eastern Shore so unique.

A perfect place to start if you are looking into the history of QA's and MD shore living. It's not too very big but I packs the building with history of our beautiful Eastern Shore life. Many facts to guide you and exhibits to see
