I used them frequently because of the convenience of the location, but I will not be going back. The past 3 times I’ve picked up my clothes, it is obviously they were not even attempted to be cleaned. It’s as if someone just slapped a tag on them. Deodorant marks from when I took my shirts off, as well as dog hair that could easily be removed, are still on the clothes. When I called the manager, he asked if I pointed them out when I picked them up. Im not wrong for assuming my clothes would be clean when I pick them up. It’s not simple stains that weren’t able to be removed (which I would understand), it is the entire garments that are literally still dirty.nnI work at a funeral home. I suggested for them to wear gloves one time when dropping clothes off, and they acted like I was some Covid crazy person. They didn’t have gloves. They said “if they are really that soiled, we won’t accept them”. They had no marks or smells that would indicate that, but I knew what was on the clothes so I was trying to look out for them.nnThey offer no solutions to these problems, so I will be informing all of my coworkers who have accounts here.

Under staffed. 1 person after 5pm on a Friday night. Shirts in before 9 are not going out same day. Priced right but lines to pick up and drop off.

Very good prices for cleaning however I'm wondering if because the prices are so grand that they may not really take that much care in cleaning your items. I shouldn't have to (rolly) my coats that I've had cleaned because they have either pet hair or human hair on them. I should be able to unwrap and wear. I will definitely try them again though. I travel a distance to take my clothing to them so I do expect it to be worth it.

They lost one of my shirts. It is the first time something like this happened in over 8 years of using them - but then the gentleman behind me in line yesterday told they recently lost one of his shirts too!! I hope this is not a new trend!!n******************nHello and thanks for your kind response. I spoke with the owner, who was kind enough to proactively start the claims procedure.
